These features are provided to all re sellers regardless of the program you select.

	Bank Direct Merchant Accounts or third Party processing in all Visa regions
	Accounts can process in Euro or USD
	Accounts can process as low as 5K per month or as high as 5M per month in Volume
	85% approval of new merchants
	All resellers are given access to our anonymous online application which automates your application process and retains your identity as the provider of services.
	ll resellers are issued an ID which give them access to our Visa approved payment gateway and your private back office where you can review:
	Current status for all merchants you have submitted.
	Real time reporting on all transactions to merchants and reseller.
	Resellers and Merchants are paid every week on Thursday two weeks in arrears
	Complete Offshore Services: We offer complete offshore company formation, private banking services including, bank accounts with check or credit cards for both personal and business use and multiple merchant accounts in different visa regions, just to name a few.

LEVEL ONE RESELLER

This program is for the Veteran Reseller or Processor. In this instance the part we play is really just providing the gateway and reporting for you to handle your merchants. We will assist or provide Technical support for integration if reseller desires this.

• Reseller handles all support and dealings with merchants
• Reseller sets pricing for account services to Merchant
• Reseller retains all profits over the buy rate given to reseller
• Reseller is settled merchant funds by BankMid and reseller settles funds to all merchants
• Private branded Merchant gateway and Merchant reporting access in name of reseller
  We require past processing history to start at this level

LEVEL TWO RESELLER

• Reseller sets pricing for account services to Merchant
• Reseller retains all profits over the buy rate given to reseller
• Private branded Merchant gateway and Merchant reporting access in name of reseller Full Private back office for tracking commissions and application status
  ** Level two resellers can move to level one after 90 days of history with BankMid.
